About Us

We are two friends, Hilary Britton (Cleveland Bays) and Joanna Pilcher (Irish Draughts), who share a common belief and passion for traditional  British Horses.

We have joined forces and although we are trying to further different breeds, the dynamics of the Cleveland Bay and Irish Draught  are much the same. Consequently we gain strength from each others combined ideas and are able to pull together to tackle the similar demands.

We hope that we can play a positive role in promoting these breeds and do our bit to help ensure their future, along with breeding horses we are proud to name with the  “Rosemeadow” prefix.
